MSI and script based installation do not work with each other

Describe the feature you'd like supported

eBPF can be installed on a machine using either the MSI, or an installation script. If a version of eBPF is installed using the script (there are some scenarios where MSI installation is now possible), and later another version of eBPF is attempted to be installed using the MSI, they do not play well with each other.

Proposed solution

Possibly use a script in the MSI installation also that has logic to detect a previous installation and perform appropriate operations.
