Previous Behavior
There was a bug in the CEM analyzer tool where attributes were not being written to the name field when
@attr({})was passed arguments, becaus eit explicitly looked forattribute: ...when arguments were passed.open-wc/custom-elements-manifest#314
New Behavior
The new version ^0.10.7 has the patch and writes the manifest correctly
