github.com/pkg/errors Renames the package from github.com/Microsoft/go-winio to github.com/microsoft/go-winio to fix issues with case sensitive filesytems. Additionally fixes path spec issues on the GOPROXY. Additionally, removes the errors dependency and converts thrown errors to Go's more modern %w syntax. Updates module dependencies.
