Can I run KM directly in a desktop app like .net maui/avalonia?

So I read that Kernel Memory is an AI service and so I'm wondering if I have to deploy it seperately from my .net maui/avalonia app or can I integrate it directly?

It depends on your requirements in terms of resiliency and scalability.
On one hand you can use the Serverless option, and embed KM directly in your app. You'll have to take care of exceptions in your code, e.g. in case of OpenAI throttling, storage errors, and you'll have to scale your app accordingly to the amount of data to ingest.
On the other hand, if you use the Service, as a separate instance, you can leverage queues to automatically retry on transient errors, and scale KM separately from your app, e.g. in case you're ingesting a lot of data.

Would prob end up using a serverless option, so I can better handle obstacles as you mentioned!

Right now my app is for a small audience (2-3 people), so I was wondering in that regarding if I would be able to integrate KM into a .net maui/avalonia directly? any example of implementation out there you know about? - anyways I could try, I just wanted to hear if that is like bending a square into a round hole, which I'm not hoping it is.
