[VS Code] Unable to connect to the host. Verify both you and the host are online. #271

#if we both pinned following live share disconnected and after that we got an error that either of us are offline, but we weren't. After my friend restarted VSCODE it has started to work again (My friend was on Ubuntu 17.1 and me on Windows 10)

@marko1777 Thanks for reporting the issue. This could have been a simple network blip, but to verify, could you send us each of your logs?

To get them, run "Live Share: Export Logs" on both your machine and the guest's. You can then drag-and-drop them to a comment here to upload or you can email them to vsls-feedback@microsoft.com

@marko1777 Thanks for the logs! After taking a look, this appears to be due to #67. It looks like there was a network blip somewhere between the two clients and right now Live Share does not do a good job of gracefully trying to reconnect.

I'll merge your details in with this other issue as a specific example.
