We are getting intermittent reports of people not being able to share even though they'd been able to share before with the same sign in. This could also affect people that were signed in to Live Share previously (e.g. to join someone else's session) and only just now received their invitation that allows them to share.
VS Code workaround: Manually sign out and sign in again.
VS workaround: Manually signing out does not work. The only option is to use the Windows Credential Manager tool to remove any entries beginning with Microsoft_VS_LiveShare.
