Microsoft IoT Central firmware for MXChip and Raspberry Pi 2/3
Initial 1.0 release of the firmware examples for Microsoft IoT Centra. Firmware for both the MXChip (AZ3166) board and Raspberry Pi 2/3 with Pi Sense Hat.

Bug fix and stability Microsoft IoT Central firmware for MXChip and Raspberry Pi 2/3 hardware
- MXChip and Raspberry Pi are now functionally equivalent in telemetry, settings, and properties
- Stabilizing both applications for longer runs
