feat(monosize): unify reporters API and behaviours #42

Feat:

unifies reporters API
adds same behaviours for no-comparison found
adds new API in order to show unchanged reports
- cli needs to implement this ( not part of this PR )
- markdown reporter has it turned on in order to avoid breaking changes
