Request Description

#354 introduced a Mu change to the UefiBootServicesTableLib in UnitTestFrameworkPkgHost.dsc.inc. The file should get back to parity with edk2 when possible.

Packages consuming the DSC include file should ideally override libraries in a [LibraryClasses.common.HOST_APPLICATION] section since that is what is used in the include DSC file and doing so will allow the package to override libraries specified in the include file.
