Description
PyTorch 1.6 no longer works for the new serializer. Upgrade PyTorch for pipelines.
NAS tests does not work for PyTorch 1.7. But they are not maintaned any more.
Update RL impl to be compatible with tianshou 0.4.5. thu-ml/tianshou#478
