[BUG]: Failed to fetch data

Describe the bug
Having the report enabled, I am always getting "Failed to fetch data" error when checking the test report in the service.

Setup information (please complete the following information):

• Workspace Name: QAWorkspacr
• Browser on which tests are executed (if applicable): chromium
• Playwright Version: 1.50
• Client machine OS: Windows
• OS requested on Service: Linux

Hi @imartinflores , could you please let us know if this is happening intermittently or consistently and also, please provide client-side logs which can be enabled via env variable Logging__LogLevel__MicrosoftPlaywrightTesting, value "Info"
Powershell command to set: $env:Logging__LogLevel__MicrosoftPlaywrightTesting="Info"

hi @kashish2508 , this has been happening since I enabled the reporter on every build consistently. I will try enabling the logs and share them here

Hi @puagarwa , I enabled the logs, I am still geting this:

The request made to the server is invalid. Please check the request parameters and try again.

And in the service dashboard I can see:

Failed to fetch data
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'GET')

Not sure if any log file should be generated when enabling, but that was not the case.

I've updated the runId and runName locally and it worked on the next run. Not sure if it is taking:

runName: JackpotCity - ${new Date().toLocaleDateString()} - ${Math.floor(1000 + Math.random() * 9000)} as unique runName or runId.

I am now using :

runId: Testing- ${new Date().toISOString()},
runName: TestingRn- ${new Date().toISOString()}

And worked
