Motivation

Whoever is intercepting HTTP req/resp, should be enabled to manage multiple headers with the same name (as "Set-Cookie")

We currently have no plans to address this issue. The required effort is significant, while the observed demand has been low.

@yury-s I can understand. Nevertheless the current "fulfill" use case is not RFC compliant due to it cannot manage multiple headers (i.e. "Set-Cookie"). Sounds a bit weird to me.

@yury-s This breaks routeFromHar pretty seriously if you want to record webpage responses. The HAR file will be recorded correctly with multiple set-cookie headers, but only the last one will actually be replayed.
