Do all IDEs set host header? I'd only check it it is specified.

Docker dosen't set the host or at least there is no easy way to find out what it is. I tried multiple hosts like the container name, IP, and so on... none of them worked. This should allow an "all" option that just disables it.

What is the MCP client in your case? Can you provide more details about your setup where it is not working?

I think we should provide an option to disable the host header check. we are running playwright mcp servers internally standalone and exposing to remote mcp clients. it's very painful to have to manually allow all potential host headers
