Describe the bug
Cannot open the tutorial after clicking "Open this tutorial in the editor!" under "Walking Hero".

Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to Microsoft MakeCode Arcade
2.Open or create a new project and hover mouse to (?) help button, then click it
3.Select Docs and click Game Design Concepts and select Walking Hero.
4.Click "Open this tutorial in the editor!" and observe it.

Actual behavior
Cannot open the tutorial after clicking "Open this tutorial in the editor!".

Expect behavior
The tutorial should be opened successfully in the editor.

It has been Fixed for Game Design Concept card in the latest build 2.0.11, but it still reproduces in some tutorials under Game tutorial card which is 'Collect the Clovers', 'Happy flower','Galga','Maze','Lemon Leak'.
