Use shorter path when displaying Microsoft Store Python envs when using native locator #132

Testing microsoft/vscode-python#23848
when using the js locator, it used to find two versions of my Microsoft Store Python 3.9 environment:
The native finder shows only one, which is awesome! But it seems to prefer the one with the "longer" path: \AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.9_qbz5n2kfra8p0\python.exe
Ideally, it'd display this one: \AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\python.exe
