Description
This PR enables the new Model Overview experience in OSS RAI Dashboard by default.
As part of this, I've removed the flight and updated all notebooks tests to use the new experience.
This should also significantly reduce our test time/number of tests/flakyness because we won't need to test notebooks with the flight separately.
