Description
Add genai metrics endpoint for generative text models in order to be able to compute model overview metrics such as fluency, grounded, etc and display them in the RAI dashboard.
Note the interface for the new endpoint is a List<Map<string, number>> (and in the cache a Map<string, Map<string, number>>), which is different from previous endpoints which had a list of Lists as the number of metrics can change depending on whether the user supplied the ground truth - the ground truth column is optional.
