Can't build any new project after uninstalling Slow-cheetah in VS 2019 #251

I uinstall Slow-cheetah extension and now I get the following error in any new project I create. Here is an screenshot of build error of a Console application project. It always looks for App.Debug.config! Please help!!

I can't even compile class library projects that don't have any app.config!

Same problem - would like to remove the transform files, no longer needed in a project
