Issue-Feature Complex enough to require an in depth planning process and actual budgeted, scheduled work. Needs-Tag-Fix Doesn't match tag requirements Needs-Triage It's a new issue that the core contributor team needs to triage at the next triage meeting

Description of the new feature/enhancement

VSCode.Async.SSH.mp4

When you type something in VSCode's SSH terminal, it will be displayed in gray color immediately regardless of network latency. And when you get the response from the remote machine, those texts will turn white.
This feature improves user experience, especially under high network latency.
