Consider making AvoidOutRefTestMethodParametersAnalyzer warning

I am not opposed to that, I have usually tried to have Info only for things that would cause "real" problems at runtime because when people have warnings as errors this could be disruptive update. In this case, although it's bad it's not leading to runtime error, only to confusion and bad design/maintenance.

We produce a warning for it at runtime though.

But this runtime warning doesn't cause any failure, it's "just" a notification, right?

Yes, but I mean, it's warning. We also have many other analyzers that are not causing failures and we have them as warnings. We are not super consistent in the bar for warning vs info so far (IMO)
