This PR includes the following changes:

  • Convert from 2016 to 2022 dataset
  • Delete Chesapeake7 and Chesapeake13
  • Host the dataset on HF
  • Remove the zipfile-deflate64 dependency
  • Correct the documented license

Nice, glad to see zipfile_deflate64 leave. Also, the 2022 data is really nice!
