I'm not sure this makes sense; types-publisher isn't on npm. Azure watches for checkins to the production branch on github, and DT's CI (Azure and Travis) install from the latest commit on the production branch.
This seems like a fine workflow although I have no idea if it's standard at all. types-publisher is not a standalone package so putting it on npm seems odds to me. Opinions?
