Currently vcpkg port only supports the GPU version of ONNX Runtime onnxruntime-gpu and only for Windows. And there's no *Target.cmake file. Please support the CPU version of ONNX Runtime and support Linux and MacOS.

I noticed that you created the port onnxruntime in your registry (https://github.com/luncliff/vcpkg-registry/blob/main/ports/onnxruntime), this would be the great solution for the current issue, and also would be very useful to other users who may need it.
Would you like to help create a pull request to add port onnxruntime to the vcpkg registry?
