FIX: New config paradigm led to update of CLI arg values, hence updated readme. Also fixed helper metadata issue.
Changes:
README.mdlaunch_parameters.md, now user can simply runpython -m vidur.main -hto know everything.flat_dataclass.py, and hence helper description was missing. Updatedflat_dataclass.pyto also pass field metadata for each CLI arg separately when creating ArgumentParser.
