Do you want to add a Deprecated tag or something to show that v0.27.0 is the last version for Linux 32?

@pieandcakes I don't know what a Deprecated tag refers to or how that's different from show "available up to version 0.27.0". This change just moved the Linux 32-bit line to the bottom (since it's lower priority).
