fix(cn): full angle quotation marks in remoteName

在 windows.title 中，其他变量都用的是 "", 但是 remoteName 用的是 “”，所以希望统一引号。

In windows.title, all other variables use "", but remoteName uses “”, so I want to unify the quotes.
