Testing microsoft/vscode#55396

  • Use the Checkout Pull Request button
  • Change the branch back to master in the terminal
  • Close the PR description page and open it again

Expected: The option to check out PR appears back

I can't repro this anymore.
My Linux vm was stuck in a high cpu usage state, which could have been a factor.
