Testing #18092
As part of testing #18092 I was opening a Python file and then switched to the "Run and Debug" viewlet where I was offered the following "Welcome" view:
.. and when pressing the "Run and Debug" button I got this:
Since Python is already running, sending me to the Marketplace is not really helpful...
IMO the bottom part:
is OK but the top part is not:
None of these suggestions make sense when no debugger is available.
