Behaviour
VSCode opens the python documentation external website (https://docs.python.org/dev/using/windows.html) whenever I:
- open VSCode
- reload the extension host
- open the
select python interpreter tool - open a Jupyter notebook
Steps to reproduce:
Do any of the following:
- open VSCode
- reload the extension host
- open the
select python interpreter tool - open a Jupyter notebook
