Extract variable/method ignores multi-selection

Behaviour

I added the next find match to the selection the used the extract variable/method but only the first match gets extracted the other selections are ignored.

Steps to reproduce:

Simple example python script:

x = 1
if x == 1:
    pass
if x == 1:
    pass

1. select the first x == 1 part of the line
2. add next match to selection

• now both same parts are highlighted

3. refactor -> extract variable/method
4. only the first match gets extracted
