Why does issue reporter create issue instead of prefilling it (allowing to preview and modify, add images and such)?

Linked editing also does not work in my react .tsx files.
VSCode 1.59.0

It's not implemented for .jsx/.tsx files microsoft/TypeScript#51832

I can reproduce. When invoked right after enter the linked editing doesn't seem to work at first.
