Sticky Scroll: Doesn't support Vue components.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• VS Code Version: 1.70
• OS Version: windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

1. install latest VS code version: 1.70
2. enable sticky scroll
3. open a vue file

Expected Result
Sticky should work well.

Actual Result

template remains sticky in the whole file
