"Output"-tab should not steal focus while typing in or shortly after clicking in or on the "Terminal"-tab

No. The issue is triggered by extension ms-vscode.cpptools.

• VS Code Version: 1.71.2
• OS Version: Windows 10 x64

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start VsCode.
2. When the integrated terminal is ready, click on it and start typing a command.
3. After a second, tabbed pane switches from "Terminal"-tab to "Output"-tab, interrupting my interaction, to display the following information:

It looks like this is caused by the C++ extension. Please file the issue to the C++ extension repository.
