Type: Bug

On the mac, holding command while dragging a window in the background by its title bar will prevent that window from coming to the foreground.

I do this frequently, but in recent vscode versions, a context menu appears that says "command center / layout controls". This menu interferes with dragging and I often invoke those menu options by mistake.

I'm not sure why command+click invokes that menu at all, control+click is usually the equivilent of right click, which shows the context menu, not command+click.
