Maybe an issue with menus, you might be using the native menu on Linux which could explain why the keybindings appear differently.

Does it reproduce if you change settings to use a custom title bar?

Does this still reproduce? I tried on Windows with the native menus (not the default custom menus shown above) and this shows the Win key required.

This is still an issue on Linux. This always was fine on windows, it was only an issue with linux.
