Leaving breakpoints while reverting from source control

Type: Bug

1. Open any project with having git version control.
2. Modify multiple lines here and there in a file.
3. Open source control(ctrl + shift + G).
4. click on the modified file.
5. Try to revert the change one line by one clicking the -> arrow.

This reverts the line correctly but also leaves a breakpoint.
