This iteration brings a new command code-insiders serve-web that runs a local VS Code web server. Try it out.

1. Be on the latest Insiders, or use the standalone VS Code CLI
2. Run code-insiders serve-web
3. Verify that it brings up the server and works as expected. The first time you navigate to the URL, it'll download the real server automatically.
4. Sign into an account through any means. Refresh and verify you're still logged in.
5. Run code-insiders serve-web --help, check that the options make sense and work as expected
