Testing #191499

  • open the vscode repo
  • open command palette, type % semant pause a second and continue typing ic

Note that index.ts has the same entry twice. The second entry is added when typing after the pause

Can't seem to repro, but I'll keep this open and look out for it. It's probably a race condition somewhere.
