Accessibility Bug: File Loses Keyboard Input #246968

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
- VS Code Version: 1.99.3
- OS Version: MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 (but at work it's 15.4.1 and having the same issue)
Sometime within the last few weeks, I started experiencing an issue where when I am typing in a file and a suggestion pops up, often (but not necessarily every single time) I can no longer type. I have to navigate back into the file for it to accept keyboard input again. It was happening on my personal environment for a week or two, and then yesterday at work it just started happening as well. I had to switch over to using PHPStorm because it was making it so hard to work.
I am using voiceOver and so have accessibility features enabled. I'm not sure if that is relevant or not.
