zsh history file not being parsed correctly

Seeing the whole file just as a single entry:

Start of file content:

fnm use 18
npm install --global yarn
ls
yarn
ls
cat README.md

Using vanilla oh-my-zsh, works for me 🤔

This is because we only support history parsing when EXTENDED_HISTORY is set currently https://zsh.sourceforge.io/Doc/Release/Options.html#History
