VS Code UI randomly becomes visually corrupted/glitched. The editor, explorer, and terminal appear duplicated or distorted. This has happened 2–3 times.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open VS Code
2. Work normally for some time (sometimes after macOS sleep)
3. VS Code UI becomes visually corrupted (duplicated / distorted editor, explorer, terminal)

Expected behavior:
VS Code UI should render normally without visual corruption.

Actual behavior:
UI becomes glitched and unreadable. Restarting VS Code fixes the issue temporarily.

Additional context:
This appears to be a GPU / hardware acceleration rendering issue on macOS.
Disabling hardware acceleration prevents the problem.

This is totally random and I can't reproduce. I tried to view the output logs but it would not let me since the UI was corrupted.
