Integrated Terminal scroll bar hidden when focus in Find widget

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Generate several pages in the Integrated Terminal so that the scroll bar appears.
2. Do a search with several matches.
3. Place mouse over Find Widget or use the Previous and Next buttons

The terminal scroll bar fades away.

This makes it hard to see the current match location relative to the terminal output pages.

Once focus in back in the terminal, the scroll bar fades back visible.

Still repros for me on Windows if mouse focus is placed in the Find widget.

Better, you can see the scroll bar if focus is in the Find widget text box but the scroll bar still disappears if you are using the Previous match and Next match buttons.
