The built-in extensions view at the moment has 3 kinds of extensions

  • Themes
  • Basic language extensions that at the most provide syntax highlighting, bracket matching and snippets
  • Rest of the extensions that either provide rich language features or are specific to certain tech like gulp

Having the 3 separated out in 3 sections gives a better view to users who can then reisze, re-arrange, hide/collapse the sections to view only whats relevant to them
