I downloaded Update 1.40.1 from https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_40

When VSCode is launched, the following message is displayed (translated from French):

"Impossible to open 'Visual Studio Code.app' since Apple cannot verify that it does not contain rogue software"

This software must be updated. Contact the developer for more information"
