This PR adds the ability to resize the agent sessions sidebar in the chat view pane, similar to how terminal tabs can be resized. The feature allows users to adjust the width of the sessions sidebar when it's displayed in side-by-side orientation.
Changes:
- Added a resizable sash (divider) to the sessions sidebar that allows users to drag and adjust its width
- Implemented persistence of the sidebar width across sessions using the view state
- Added minimum and default width constraints to ensure usability
