Description of the new feature / enhancement

The Windows Package Manager should have better correlation between installed Apps by leveraging the "AppsAndFeatures" key in the 1.1 manifest schema.

Proposed technical implementation details

In addition, we likely need to inform the user that the display version and the package version may not conform with each other. We will be able to record what we installed, but the upgrade scenario becomes much more complicated as we may need to check the version we installed when performing the upgrade as the package in Apps & Features may not make sense.

This package reports version x.y.z in Windows Apps & Features
