[Package Issue]: TechPowerUp.NVCleanstall : 410 Gone

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

The url use for the 1.18 update file was a temp one. When installing NVCleaninstall (or donwloading manually), I get an HTTP 410 error

Steps to reproduce

Install the pakage via winget
see the error

Actual behavior

The package is not downloaded

Expected behavior

The package should be downloaded

ah i was afraid of that, so the link they provide is always temporarily.
The https://us1-dl.techpowerup.com/files/NVCleanstall_1.17.0.exe sadly also is gone, so that workaround won't help either (tried that for 1.18 aswell).

The only option i have is: https://nvcleanstall.net/file/NVCleanstall_1.17.0.exe (probably in the future 1.18 aswell)
The hashes are the same:

So i'm going to re-introduce 1.17 and hopefully later next month 1.18 will be out on the nvcleaninstall net webpage and then everyone can properly upgrade to it.
