Edit I actually added the urls of all 3 package installers, w64, w32, arm64, see line, hopefully it should not need any manual work next PR!

Great! I think(?) it might also be failing because PR #323211 hadn't been merged when this PR was opened, so it didn't have a proper base revision to compare with. But that's just a guess.
