[BUG] additional-details template in mgt-person-card template not working in Pre-Chromium Edge

Describe the bug
We're using the additional details template in the mgt-person-card and it appears just to not render at all on Pre-Chromium Edge

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Pre-Chromium Edge
2. Go to https://jsfiddle.net/robpethi/e1vkL4sd/4/
3. Notice there is no Additional details text
4. Go to other browser and see text

Expected behavior
Edge should behave like Chrome

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Browser Pre-Chromium Edge
• Framework React
• Context Web
• Version 1.2.3

Note I am using v1.2.3 on this as 1.2.4 seems to break Pre-Chromium Edge (#406). If this was fixed in 1.2.4 then I am happy I just can't test it

It looks like this is only happening when using React - I have a fix in #408 that is ensuring nested template nodes work as expected
