Made the cell detail label's background color clear so that subtitles will always take on the styling of the main cell. This improves the UI when table cell background color alpha < 1.0f. Without this fix, subtitles stand out and look wrong in table cells that are transparent.
Fixed OwnerDrawnElement so that transparency/alpha settings work correctly.
